Cyc Co., Ltd. was started in 1999 by former SystemSoft Alpha staff. In 2004, all of their brands were merged with and their staff transferred to the parent company B-Eye Communications. In 2005 the company was renamed to Elements, with founding member Ishikawa Jun'ichi as the sole employee.
